Araceli Campos

Executive Director, Miguel Contreras Foundation (MCF)

Araceli Campos is the Executive Director of the Miguel Contreras Foundation (MCF), a non-profit organization with a back-to-basics approach to labor organizing for a new generation.

Prior to MCF, Campos served as Corporate Counsel at the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), a leading national Latino civil rights organization.  She began her legal career at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, focusing in business, intellectual property, and entertainment, with a special interest in the intersection of private and public interest work.

A first-generation American and high school graduate, Campos attended Los Angeles-area public schools before going on to graduate from Yale University and Stanford Law School.

Cindy Pánuco

Civil Rights and Employment Attorney
Hadsell Stormer & Renick, LLP

Cindy Pánuco is a civil rights and employment attorney at Hadsell Stormer & Renick, LLP. In 2016, she was named one of the top 50 women Rising Stars by SuperLawyer Magazine.

She served as President of the Mexican American Bar Association in 2015 – one of the most prominent and largest Latina/o bar associations in the nation.

She was one of the youngest Presidents to lead the organization whose members include attorneys, judges, elected officials, law school students and business people of many ethnic backgrounds.
