Marisol Ramirez is an associate at the law firm of DTO Law and is a member of the litigation practice. She handles all types of litigation, having represented clients in consumer class actions, contract, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, securities, and government investigation matters. She has experience with all aspects of litigation, including dispositive motion practice and managing high-volume discovery.
As a bilingual attorney, Marisol has utilized her Spanish speaking skills to represent clients from all over Latin America. Ms. Ramirez graduated from Harvard University with a B.A., cum laude, in Government in 2010. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2015, where she also served as an essays & reviews editor on the Columbia Law Review. She is also a board member of the Mexican American Bar Foundation. Ms. Ramirez, a daughter of two immigrants from Jalisco, Mexico, is a native of Southern California. She was the first in her family to graduate from college and is the only lawyer in the family.
