Cristina Garcia is the proud daughter of Mexican immigrants and the first in her family to attend college and law school. She is passionate about her community and is committed to creating opportunities for Latinas and other marginalized communities.
Cristina is a dedicated trial attorney at the Dolan Law Firm, P.C., specializing in plaintiffs’ side personal injury. Her practice includes car accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, elder abuse, burn injuries, dog bites, and medical malpractice. She also focuses on cases involving sexual abuse and neglect in schools. Cristina has successfully recovered millions of dollars in awards for her clients, including numerous six and seven-figure verdicts and settlements throughout California.
Her exceptional work has earned her recognition among various organizations. In 2019 and 2021, Cristina received the Presidential Award of Merit from the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), and in 2021, she was named a finalist for the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Outstanding New Lawyers Award. She has also been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star among Northern and Southern California attorneys from 2017-2019 (Northern) and 2021-2024 (Southern). Cristina is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and currently serves as the Women’s Caucus Chair. She received her bachelor’s degree from U.C. Berkeley, where she double majored in Sociology and Gender and Women’s Studies. She then attended Golden Gate University School of Law and obtained her J.D.
