Cynthia Grande

Cynthia Grande is the founding attorney of The Grande Law Firm, where she has dedicated her career to immigration and bankruptcy law. With a deep commitment to justice and advocacy, Cynthia has helped over 2,000 families navigate their legal challenges, providing them with the support and representation they need during critical times.

As the daughter of immigrants from El Salvador, Cynthia is passionate about increasing the number of Latinas in the legal profession. Her personal background fuels her dedication to her clients and her community, driving her to break barriers and create opportunities for others.

Cynthia’s leadership and influence extend beyond her practice. She was appointed as a Trustee by the California Speaker of the Assembly to the California State Bar Board of Trustees, where she plays a crucial role in shaping the future of legal practice in the state. Cynthia is currently the President-Elect for the Latina Lawyers Bar Association. Additionally, she serves on the board of the El Camino College Foundation, advocating for educational advancement and professional growth within diverse communities.

Cynthia’s advocacy work takes her to Washington DC, where she fights for immigrant rights on a national level. As a speaker, she is known for her engaging presentations on team development, entrepreneurship, leadership, and public speaking, inspiring others to find their voice and make a meaningful impact.

Cynthia earned her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California.
